Long timelines
Typically two to three months per audit.
Cognitive internal audit
Like the immune system, which combines physical barriers, rapid response, coordination, and memory, IMMUNA works in layers: it detects risks, supports compliance, and evaluates controls continuously alongside your audit team.
The challenge
Internal audit teams face structural constraints that additional effort alone cannot solve: there are more processes than they can review.
Typically two to three months per audit.
Typically only 20% to 30% of processes are reviewed.
One review per process each year.
Conclusions based on small samples.
The result is growing exposure to fraud, losses, errors, noncompliance, reputational damage, and strategic misalignment.
The solution
IMMUNA is an intelligent risk assurance and control system. It incorporates MUNA, a digital auditor that uses agentic and generative AI to conduct faster, more in-depth audits, broadening risk coverage and the scope of each review.
While traditional platforms organize auditors’ work, MUNA performs it: analyzing process risks, planning, designing tests, assessing evidence, identifying findings, preparing reports, and generating indicators automatically. The human auditor supervises, validates, and makes the final decisions using professional judgment.
We are not an audit management system. We are a digital auditor that delivers tangible impact.

How it works
MUNA works throughout the platform. Here are some of the functions available to auditors.
The auditor’s Home panel presents MUNA ready to receive instructions and carry them out alongside the team.

The auditor has a dashboard with full control to consult the information needed for each review.

The auditor can customize the dashboard to display the information needed according to their review criteria.

The auditor can maximize a dashboard view to work in a dedicated space focused on the analysis they need.

Capabilities
Methodology, automation, digital collaboration, and speed to strengthen every stage of audit work.
A process built on international internal audit standards and leading practices. A knowledge base of internal and external documents. Automated planning that assesses context and risk priorities. Configuration aligned with the organization’s experience and the NOGAI standards.
Integration with data sources and system connections via API. Multiple file formats: PDF documents, meeting transcripts, and data tables. Evidence of process and control execution. A configurable level of human involvement at each stage.
Explainable model results. An intelligent conversational interface. Digital reports for the Audit Committee and senior management.
Implementation in weeks, not months. Complete audits in days, not quarters.
Expected impact
Create and capture value through internal audit, with a stronger control environment and a greater contribution to the organization.
60%
Reduction in audit execution time.
100%
Analysis of all data, rather than samples
3x
Triple the number of audits completed in a year
12
Reviews a year instead of one
Continuous indicators
With early risk alerts
NOGAI
Standardized methodology across auditors
Trust and control
Bringing artificial intelligence into internal audit requires isolation, traceability, and professional judgment. IMMUNA was built on these three principles.
Each organization operates on its own cloud instance. Databases are not shared among clients.
Every action—whether human or system-generated—is recorded with user, date, and detail. The record can be exported as an audit workpaper.
MUNA proposes; the lead auditor reviews, adjusts, and approves. No report is issued without human validation.
Aligned with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and the Global Internal Audit Standards (NOGAI).
Security
At IMMUNA, we continually strengthen our solution to protect each organization’s trust.
In July 2026, FARADAY (a leading information security services company with 15 years of experience and more than 100 clients across industries, including more than 20 banks) conducted a quality assessment (penetration test) for us.
The process included web application analysis, infrastructure security analysis, and security assessment of AI and LLM features, with reference to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM and Generative AI Applications, NIST AI RMF, and good practices associated with ISO/IEC 42001.
FARADAY’s certificate gives us confidence that the security of our solution is aligned with the highest standards.
Data protection
We combine a preventive framework, specialist support, and continuous technical monitoring.
Our MPI is designed to meet the highest standards of the European Union (GDPR), ensuring a level of protection above the minimum required by Chile’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 21,719 (one of the countries with the most demanding standards in this area in Latin America), preparing us for future regulatory requirements.
We have a dedicated external team of Data Protection Officers (DPOs): Evelyn López Miranda (attorney, certified DPO) and Daniel Terrón Santos (Doctor of Law, DPO trained at the University of Salamanca), who provide ongoing support.

We also maintain continuous information security monitoring led by César Alarcón Rivas (computer engineer specializing in AI, infrastructure, and cybersecurity), complementing regulatory compliance with a technical view of risks, controls, and vulnerabilities.
